The first festival with the unique atmosphere of OldCarLand, exclusive cars and a sunny mood took place on August 3, 2014 at the stadium of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture on the street. Education. It was called Old Car Fest. It was organized by the owner of the “Coffeebus” project Vadym Navrotsky and Pavlo Lozovenko, president of the club of technical classics Oldservice. More than 200 cars from all over Ukraine came to the stadium. Among them were not only famous Soviet models, but also German, American, English, French, Italian, Czech.

For the first time, the only 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom II in Ukraine was brought to Kyiv from Zaporizhia. This is one of the most expensive cars of the exhibition. Experts estimate its value at $ 1 million. The festival also featured a restored 1967 BMW-2000 with automatic transmission and the world’s most powerful 1972 Cadillac Eldorado convertible with a 400-horsepower engine. “It was important for us that this was not a strict exhibition of ancient technology, but a bright emotional event with a special atmosphere. And he succeeded. Everyone will be satisfied – both visitors and owners of vintage cars”,  – the organizers said at the time.

OldCarLand has already gone beyond the festival in the direct sense of the word. The team of organizers participates quarterly in projects related to the popularization of automotive history and tries to bring the movement of technology lovers to a new level. Last November, they took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the motorist’s Day in Kyiv on Kontraktova Square, in December and March they held the Open Doors Day in the future museum of transport, took part in the women’s rally on the capital Khreshchatyk, were active participants and winners in retro-cars during the holding the “Leopolis Grand Prics” in Lviv, organized a series of the most massive parades of ancient technology by the capital.
